I think that there should be some government assistance when artists are required to move, sort of like a disability. I don't know about other creatives, but I accumulate so much STUFF. Everything has the potential to be a great masterpiece, so I have to keep it for when the inspiration kicks in! Right? And in my last apartment there were so many holes in the walls from hanging pictures (and then changing my mind or putting a different one up!) I had to devote a chunk of time to filling them with toxic spackle.
Now three weeks later, many late nights, a lot of help from the caring people in my life (thanks Dad and Paul! thanks Shannon, Todd, Dorian and Jake! thanks mom!), we're barely starting to settle into our new place. I would show you a picture of the mountainous stacks of boxes but I misplaced my camera cord somewhere...

Oh lord, I don't know what I'm going to do when I finish school and move out of here! Michael and I have decided we're going to hire some movers using our deposit return. Otherwise we'd probably end up killing eachother or getting lost in a mountain of my stuff! You're a brave woman...
